I just had my son's 1st birthday party at your venue on Sunday 26th Feb 2017, and I just want to write this email to let you know how happy I was with the venue and with the amazing team on the day! They all worked so hard to ensure my event ran as smooth as possible and all my guests were looked after. Since then, I've had some amazing feedback from my guests at how happy they were with the venue and what a great place I had chosen. The success of the event would not have been possible without such an efficient and understanding team. I won't lie, I can be a very picky and difficult client when it comes to my events however your team were very cooperative and helpful and all staff including the bar were consistently pleasant and friendly./p>

A lot of my guests live around the Bankstown area however they had never heard of the place before until now and I can assure you they will be going back, including myself.

My only criticism to the kitchen would be that the grilled chicken was a bit dry however I guess with such high demand it's hard to get everything perfect.

Overall, a special thank you to Brittney who coordinated the event and did a brilliant job handling any difficulties that came up.

Thank you all very much and I will definitely be back for other special occasions!

Hi Brittney,

I would like to say a big thank you to yourself, your kitchen staff and the staff that were on shift on the day of our function. I can not compliment you enough on how beautiful and perfect it was. Even though our event started at 1pm, we came in to the venue with all the tables already dressed in white cloths and sorted out. Also our cake arrived before my husband and I did, and your lovely manager took care of it for us. He ensured everything was perfect for us and asked if we needed anything else which honestly made our day run smoothly. I would like to thank the kitchen staff for preparing all the food. The guests absolutely loved it, and they were so quick. (mind you we had to order an extra 3 platters because the food was that lovely) I would like to thank your staff for helping cater for our 80 guests, I understand it would have been extremely busy day for them as the pub was packed. Last but not least thank you so much for all your help, you were an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not have been happier. I look forward to hosting future events with you all as this experience was outstanding. Please pass on my message to all staff and I have attached some pics for you of the event.
